A visual exploration into the theory of plant blindness.
Watering the earth with flowers promotes and encourages the audience to grow plants. A 70cm installation, consisting of a white watering can floating in mid air with a cascade of flowers falling from the spout to the floor. With using real flowers, the piece has a limited lifetime of around roughly a week before the flowers start to droop and shrivel. The senses are really attacked by the piece; with a large quantity of flowers the smell is powerful and attracts you to it more so than
the visual appearance.
